Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations of the showroom's sales department. The role involves strategic planning, team motivation, and coordination with other departments to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance. Set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process. Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and Spares departments for smooth vehicle delivery. Maintain updated knowledge of all two-wheeler models, pricing, features, and competitors' offerings. Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals. Manage customer follow-up and ensure timely feedback collection. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock control for vehicle availability. Organize promotional events, test ride campaigns, and local marketing activities. Maintain discipline, attendance, and professionalism among the sales team.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
