Job Summary:
The
KIA Four-Wheeler Sales Manager
is responsible for leading the dealership's car sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly and annual targets as set by KIA Motors and dealership management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations & Target Achievement:
Plan and execute monthly and annual sales strategies to achieve targets.
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.
Manage showroom traffic and ensure effective lead management and follow-ups.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to close deals efficiently.
2. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales reviews.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and customer-focused behaviour within the team.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure smooth handover and delivery process to customers.
4. Marketing & Promotions:
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, test drive events, and roadshows.
Coordinate with the KIA marketing team for promotional activities.
Ensure proper display and branding standards in the showroom.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with KIA regional office for vehicle allocation, schemes, and updates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Sound knowledge of automobile market trends.
Proficiency in CRM and DMS software.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in automobile sales, including at least
2-3 years in managerial role
(preferably in four-wheelers).
Experience with KIA or other premium car brands will be an advantage.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer satisfaction index (CSI).
Conversion rate from enquiry to sale.
Retention and repeat sales ratio.
Team productivity and discipline.
