Job Description

The purpose of the role is to implement the Sales & Marketing strategies and programs to achieve Market growth and Sales targets of Martell Group for all projects, contributing to Brand Building, raising the level of Customer experience and Market expansion. Responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with key accounts & effectively managing the team. It plays a key role in achieving the growth in market share and the expansion of the organization through effective sales strategy implementation.

Possesses a Go-getter attitude and follows through and meets commitment related to delivery. Takes ownership of failure or success. Is ethical with respect to leads gathered and commitments made to customers. Knows the product and it's USPs. Follows sales process - Rapport, Identify Need, Present Solution, Facilitates Decision. Follows process set up for data capturing and tracks his team on a daily basis. Inspires Action, supports and facilitates the team and boosts their confidence. Achieve topline business sales targets for the project assigned on a monthly basis- individually as well as through the team. Cascade down the targets within the team and ensure targets are achieved. Implement Sales Strategies as conceptualized by Management; Discounts/ Offers/ Schemes planned for the assigned project. Generate Leads through cold calling and other sources. Manage a proper Lead Management system to tap new Business opportunities. Assist Project Heads in conducting Consumer Surveys, Competitor analysis (to track competition), Market analysis in order to align the sales strategies. Regular contact and rapport building with Banks for Project Approvals, facilitation of loans as required by the customers, etc. Upkeep and maintenance of all Sales and revenue data for the Project handled. Publish monthly and quarterly reports to management and other stakeholders for analysis. Work with Collection Team to keep outstanding collection amount low and improvise continuously. Encourage team and guide on effective Collection techniques.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
