We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to join our sales team for our real estate project in Khanna, Punjab. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate sales, customer handling, and team coordination, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for residential/commercial projects through client acquisition and relationship management.
Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, brokers, channel partners, referrals, digital campaigns, etc.).
Conduct site visits with potential customers and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Manage and support channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure smooth conversion.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and assist in achieving project sales goals.
Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales (Chandigarh/Tricity experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer preferences.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
