Role Objective
To drive institutional sales growth by acquiring and managing FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and E-commerce clients, ensuring high-volume business, specification compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability in corrugated packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage FMCG, Pharma, and E-commerce customers for corrugated boxes and secondary packaging.
Achieve sales volume, revenue, and margin targets.
Manage key accounts with repetitive and high-volume demand.
Understand and execute customer-specific packaging specifications (ply, BF, GSM, strength).
Ensure coordination with production, planning, QA, design, and dispatch teams.
Support customer audits, trials, and packaging approvals.
Monitor credit limits and ensure timely collections.
Track competitor activity and market trends.
Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong technical understanding of corrugated box packaging.
Experience in institutional / B2B sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage high-volume, low-margin business.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
Willingness to travel extensively.
