Key Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve store performance.
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high standard of service.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional activities.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and stock management in stores.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
Requirements:
Gender Preference: Male
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the apparel field.
Qualification: Plus Two (minimum)
Salary: 15,000-20,000 per month
