Job description
Responsibilities:
Reach out to leads and contracts, which could include cold calling
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
Meet with prospects, and be able to hold meaningful conversations with senior leadership.
Understanding prospect challenges and position Talisma solutions effectively
Maintain a high level of company and solution knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
Ability to remain resilient and committed
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
