Rock & Green is an emerging real estate development company focused on delivering quality housing projects in Karjat, Navi Mumbai, and Mumbai. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales for our flagship Karjat project.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and inbound customer inquiries at the Karjat site.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and local outreach.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to prospective buyers.
Coordinate site visits and provide a personalized experience to clients.
Build strong relationships with local brokers, agents, and channel partners.
Maintain lead database and provide regular sales performance updates.
Support documentation and closing of deals with buyers.
Requirements:
1-3 years of real estate sales experience preferred (Karjat/Navi Mumbai region a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools if any).
English/Hindi language fluency.
