Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
? Handle inbound leads from Site Visit.
? Qualify leads and categorize them as Hot / Warm / Cold
? Perform structured follow-ups until closure
? Update lead status and remarks daily in CRM
2. Client Communication & Coordination
? Understand client requirements clearly
? Schedule sales calls and site visits with the management team
? Maintain professional communication with clients via phone,
WhatsApp, and email
? Share quotations, brochures, and proposals as required
3. Sales & Internal Coordination
? Coordinate with internal teams for enquiry progress
? Track quotation approvals, design updates, and next steps
? Ensure timely communication between clients and internal
stakeholders
4. Documentation & Reporting
? Maintain accurate CRM records
? Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports
? Ensure all client communication and documents are properly
recorded
? Share daily sales updates with management
