Job Description

Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities Develop annual sales strategy and goals Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships Collaborate with sales leaders Maintain responsibility for the performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory. Establish and strategically build a solid customer base. Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals. Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members. Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals. Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate. Continually analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish a sales reporting framework. Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions. Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community Maintain acceptable profit margins Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
