Job Summary



Midishaa Developers is looking for an experienced

Sales Manager - Real Estate

to lead sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in property sales, team management, client handling, and closing high-value real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to improve performance and conversions Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, site visits, and digital marketing sources Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and investors Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-ups and campaign execution Ensure accurate documentation, booking formalities, and customer satisfaction Stay updated on competitor pricing, market developments, and real estate trends

Required Skills & Qualifications



2-3 years of experience in

Real Estate Sales

(Plotted Development) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills Experience in managing sales teams and channel partners Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate Profile



Strong leadership and team-handling experience Good knowledge of property pricing, legal documentation, and booking processes Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated and results-oriented
