Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to improve performance and conversions
Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, site visits, and digital marketing sources
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and investors
Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead follow-ups and campaign execution
Ensure accurate documentation, booking formalities, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
