Job Description

Naverah Assets Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing real estate channel partner firm, is expanding its team! We are looking for dynamic, smart, and motivated Sales Executives who can engage clients, showcase premium residential projects, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities



Engage and follow up with qualified leads shared by the pre-sales team.

Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options.

Conduct project presentations, site visits, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.

Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and confidence.

Maintain regular reports on client interactions and deal progress.

Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Smart, proactive, and target-driven attitude.

Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
