Female Sales Manager
to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and strategic sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly & annual targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or any bachelor's degree.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
Ability to handle targets, pressure, and team management
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally if required
