Role Objective

Own the end-to-end sales execution--turning leads into revenue by managing people, processes, and performance. This role exists to ensure

nothing leaks

in the sales funnel.

Core Responsibilities1. Sales Execution & Revenue Ownership

? Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
? Track the full funnel: leads ? contacted ? qualified ? demo ? closed
? Ensure zero missed follow-ups and delayed responses
? Step in to close or rescue deals when required
? Maintain deal hygiene and forecast accuracy

2. Team Management

? Manage and coach:

Telecallers Outreach officers Sales executives / closers ? Set daily call, outreach, and follow-up targets? Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews? Identify low performance early and course-correct? Enforce accountability without micromanagement3. Process & Playbook Building? Create and refine: Call scripts Qualification frameworks Follow-up sequences Objection-handling guides ? Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints? Document sales learnings into repeatable SOPs? Continuously improve conversion rates at every stage4. CRM, Reporting & Discipline? Ensure accurate CRM usage across the team

? Maintain clean pipeline data and deal stages

? Prepare weekly reports covering: Conversion ratios Deal velocity Drop-off reasons ? Share insights with founders on what's working and what's breaking
5. Feedback Loop to Product & Marketing

? Share customer objections and feature gaps with product team
? Align with marketing on lead quality and messaging
? Help refine ICPs, buyer personas, and pricing narratives

Required Skills & Experience

? 3-6 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or services preferred)
? Prior experience managing sales teams or owning targets
? Strong understanding of outbound + inbound sales motion
? Comfortable working hands-on (calls, demos, negotiations)
? Strong analytical thinking and reporting ability
? High ownership mindset--results over excuses

? Pipeline predictability
? Team productivity and consistency
