About the Role
Vinra Real Estate is looking for experienced and result-driven
Sales Managers
to lead project sales, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue across our residential and plotted development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into site visits & bookings
Conduct professional site presentations and project walkthroughs
Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned real estate projects
Manage channel partners & develop broker networks
Track follow-ups, negotiations, and closures
Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate sales reports
Stay updated on competitor projects and market trends
Requirements
3-7 years of relevant
Real Estate Sales experience
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-ticket customers and premium projects
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility
