Identify and acquire new B2B clients across industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, food packaging, logistics, and more.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production team for timely delivery.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Manage the sales team (if applicable) and ensure performance tracking.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Requirements
Proven experience in
offset printing / packaging industry sales
is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand printing processes, materials, and pricing.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to handle B2B clients and field sales.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM).
Graduate preferred.
