Job Description

Job Responsibilities -

1) Sales Execution:

- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs.

- Present pricing, terms, and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close sales deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.

2) Relationship Management:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our products.

3) Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

4) Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain well-informed about supply chain finance concepts and practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,448.78 - ?33,700.00 per month
