The Sales Manager will lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the real estate market. This role involves managing the sales process, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property buying/selling journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Plan and execute sales campaigns, property launches, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and agents.
Set clear performance goals and regularly review team performance.
Foster a positive, motivated, and target-driven sales culture.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process -- from lead generation to deal closure and handover.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
4. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Work with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
Represent the company at property expos, industry events, and networking functions.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Provide insights to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
Experience in [residential/commercial/luxury/retail] real estate sales preferred
Strong local market knowledge and existing industry network
