We are seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record in luxury or high-value sales (real estate, luxury automobiles, wealth management, premium hospitality, insurance, or financial services). The right candidate will be target-driven, persuasive with the ability to influence decision-making and manage long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sell luxury/premium properties in Bengaluru and surrounding markets.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead follow-up, site visits, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Provide feedback and market insights to marketing and management to improve lead quality and sales strategy.
Represent Dharmic Homez with professionalism and build trust with elite clientele.
Requirements
2-8 years of sales experience in luxury/high-value industries (real estate, luxury cars, wealth management, premium hospitality, insurance, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
