We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated

Sales Manager

with a proven network and success in the K-12 education space. You will lead our expansion across South India, focusing on placing our cutting-edge educational technology products and programs into schools.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Network Leverage:

Proactively identify, target, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (Principals, Management, Trustees) within the K-12 school sector.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and rigorously implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, specifically driving EdTech product sales and large-scale program adoption.

Territory Ownership:

Take full ownership of the assigned sales territory, including extensive travel to conduct on-site visits, professional presentations, and negotiations.

Product Presentation:

Conduct compelling, data-backed presentations and hands-on demos of FLP Labs' solutions to school management and staff.

Market Intelligence:

Serve as the eyes and ears in the market, providing continuous feedback on competitive activity, trends, and customer needs to inform R&D.
Required Experience & Qualifications

Mandatory Sector Expertise:

A minimum of

2.5 years of experience

in Sales or Business Development with

direct, proven experience selling products, services, or solutions specifically to the School Sector (K-12), EdTech, or Educational Services industries.

Network Strength:

Proven ability to leverage existing connections and rapidly build strong rapport with school stakeholders is a key priority for success in this role.

Sales Acumen:

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Travel Commitment:

Willingness to undertake frequent, necessary travel (estimated 50-70%) across the sales region.

Base Salary:

From ?360,000.00 per year (Annual Base Salary)
