Duties
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth in technology sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Oversee the negotiation process for contracts and agreements with clients.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage accounts, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that enhance brand visibility.
Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in technical sales and negotiation.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential.
Strong management experience with a focus on leadership and team development.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and analysis.
Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop actionable strategies.
Experience in business development with a focus on expanding client portfolios.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with outstanding customer service abilities.
