We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our hotel. The role involves generating business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting hotel services. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event partners.
Promote hotel rooms, banquets, and F&B services to increase business revenue.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations as needed.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain client databases and prepare daily/weekly sales updates.
Represent the hotel at networking events, corporate meetings, and exhibitions.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to achieve targets and manage client relationships.
Knowledge of hotel services, rooms, events, and banquet sales.
Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.
Salary
?60-65,000 CTC per month
