Position Overview



The

Business Development Associate (BDA)

will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company's construction and architectural services. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a focus on real estate and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities within the

construction, real estate, and architecture sectors

. Meet with prospective clients, architects, and developers to understand project requirements. Generate leads through networking, client visits, digital marketing, and referrals. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client needs. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the

sales, design, and project teams

to ensure seamless client communication. Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings to represent the company.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written). Good understanding of

construction processes and project lifecycles

. Negotiation and client-handling abilities. Time management, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Marketing

.

8+ years of experience

in

real estate, construction, or architectural sales

. Experience in handling B2B or institutional clients preferred.
