Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the
construction, real estate, and architecture sectors
.
Meet with prospective clients, architects, and developers to understand project requirements.
Generate leads through networking, client visits, digital marketing, and referrals.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client needs.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the
sales, design, and project teams
to ensure seamless client communication.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings to represent the company.
