At Godamwale, our sales team is the engine that drives our national consumer reach in logistics services and technology solutions.

We are seeking a qualified, motivated, well-organized mid-level sales manager with prior sales experience in logistics who has a deep understanding of products and services to sell, prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers with ability to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.

We're looking for someone who networks, makes connections, builds relationships, generates and pursues opportunities.

Objectives of this Role



Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.

Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities



Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare specific client pitch materials, including RFP responses

Enable partner success through relationship management, cross-functional planning, and analytical insights and support

Develop strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones

Create scalable programs for onboarding new partners

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Timely and accurate forecasting to build predictable and recurring revenue

Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration

3+ years in sales management within a corporate setting

Prior logistics sales & Marketing experience

Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role

Rank and deliver competing priorities and tasks

Ability to travel at least 30% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
