Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and acquire new business opportunities with advertisers, media agencies, and brands.

? Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.

? Pitch and sell outdoor media solutions (hoardings, media, digital screens, etc.) based on client needs.

? Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-sale servicing.

? Work closely with internal teams (operations, creative, finance) to deliver successful campaigns.

? Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy.

? Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.

? Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). ? 6-10 years of sales experience, preferably in Outdoor / OOH Advertising, Media, or B2B sales.

? Strong network of media agencies and direct brand contacts.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

? Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Sa What We Offer:

Pay: ?2,200,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
