Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with marketing teams and providing feedback on improving offerings will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 - 3 years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team Analytical skills for conducting market research and developing actionable insights Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven expertise in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets Adaptability to fast-paced and target-driven environments Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Experience in the education or financial industry is advantageous Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred Strong command of English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate in other languages preferred

Compensation:

Fixed salary of ₹35,000 per month + Commissions
