Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bangalore, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading business development efforts within the IT Sales, Rentals, or Managed Print Services (MPS) industry. This includes developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, overseeing the full sales cycle, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring sales targets are met, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT Sales, Rentals, or MPS Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client acquisition strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:



Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms Proven success in scaling sales operations and team performance
