to expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth by visiting restaurants, hotels, and cafes across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit restaurants, cafes, and hotels regularly to meet owners, managers, and purchase heads.
Present Earth Element's range of crockery, cutlery, and kitchenware with in-depth product knowledge.
Identify and onboard new B2B clients in the hospitality segment.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment and payments.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
Prepare and maintain reports on client visits, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
