3. Team Leadership
Manage and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Train team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reporting to management.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and competitor activities.
Recommend product development or pricing adjustments based on market insights.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the production, design, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
