Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets. Forecast sales volumes and monitor market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts. Visit major clients regularly to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.

3. Team Leadership



Manage and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals. Train team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and reporting to management.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis



Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and competitor activities. Recommend product development or pricing adjustments based on market insights.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams



Work closely with the production, design, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and product quality. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, trade shows, and exhibitions
