Position Overview
IPDM is looking for an energetic and experienced
Sales Manager
to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth for our digital marketing business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of performance-driven digital marketing solutions.
Core Responsibilities1. Sales & Growth
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and paid performance campaigns.
Plan and execute outreach strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
Build and maintain a qualified sales funnel using CRM tools.
Develop and present tailored proposals and close high-value deals effectively.
2. Client Management
Build long-lasting relationships and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Conduct regular review meetings and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
3. Strategy & Reporting
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to track progress.
Research emerging market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
Contribute to business development strategies and sales enablement efforts.
4. Team Collaboration
Partner with leadership and marketing teams to align goals and improve sales outcomes.
Share actionable feedback for optimizing marketing campaigns and improving conversion rates.
Key Skills
Proven experience achieving or exceeding sales goals in a digital marketing environment.
Strong understanding of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and performance marketing
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in
CRM software
such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
Highly motivated, organized, and results-focused professional.
Preferred Background
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Sales certification.
Experience in both
B2B and B2C
client acquisition.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Prior work experience in a
digital marketing agency
or consulting setup.
