Lead revenue generation for products and services across Bangalore using phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital channels. This is a pure sales role focused on hunting and closing deals, managing accounts, and meeting targets without people-management or specified office/field requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business via calls, emails, virtual demos, and proposals. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead handling, pricing negotiation, contract closure, and handover to operations. Grow revenue from assigned accounts through upsell and cross-sell activities. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast monthly revenue, and consistently meet targets. Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

2-6 years in sales, B2B or B2C, SaaS or solutions selling preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

Graduate; MBA or sales certifications are a plus.

Skills:

Strong closing and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot), and ability to present value propositions clearly.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English; regional language skills (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil) advantageous.
