Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager with proven experience driving sales for a product-based company in global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our video analytics product footprint by managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering sales results across multiple countries and regions. This role also includes leading and developing a sales team of 3 or more sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end sales efforts focused on growing the company's video analytics product business across international markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting diverse customer segments worldwide. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners across various regions. Manage complex sales cycles including product presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing. Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 3+ sales professionals, driving team performance and development. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market requirements and customer feedback. Track sales performance, prepare detailed forecasts, and report insights to senior management. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory environments affecting cross-border sales.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of direct sales management experience with a product company selling into international markets. Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team of 3 or more. Strong knowledge of video analytics technologies or related technical products. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Skills:

Technical understanding of video analytics and surveillance solutions. Experience working with multicultural teams and global customers. Multilingual skills are an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
