Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new construction projects through proactive
business development
and market analysis.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
key clients, developers, and industry partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) and manage the
CRM
system.
Collaborate with Estimating and Operations teams to ensure competitive and accurate project proposals.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven
construction sales/business development experience
, with a successful track record of closing projects.
Strong understanding of the construction industry, project delivery methods, and contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Business).
