The candidate will be responsible for driving retail real estate sales in North and East Bangalore, working with a reputed channel partner firm. The role requires active lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closure coordination with developers and the internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads via digital campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Conduct site visits and present project details to potential retail clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams and channel partners
Negotiate deals and assist in documentation and booking formalities
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
