JOB DESCRIPTION:


- Developing and executing business plans to achieve organizational goals.

- Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.

- Onboarding new customers and strengthening existing customer relationships.

- Working on customer enquiries, follow-ups, and pricing responsibilities.

- Preparing reports, proposals, and client presentations.

- Collaborating with internal teams and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

-Maintaining excellent internal and external communication for effective customer support.

- Negotiating, following up, and ensuring proper execution of responsibilities.

- Acting as a team player, open to handling any departmental tasks as required.

- Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Eager to learn, adapt, and achieve consistent business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:


- 2-3 years of experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Excellent communication and client relationship management.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Innovative, result-oriented, and confident in client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹960,000.00 per year
