About the Role



We are seeking a

dynamic and result-oriented female Sales Manager

with proven experience in the

digital marketing industry

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to convert qualified leads provided by the company into successful business deals. You will be supported by a senior team to assist in strategies, proposals, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

qualified leads provided by the company

and convert them into closures. Understand client needs and pitch

digital marketing services

(SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Branding, Web Development, etc.). Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

. Coordinate with the senior team for technical support, proposals, and client onboarding. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, closures, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel. Stay updated with

digital marketing trends

and the competitive landscape.

Requirements



Female candidate only

Minimum

2-3 years of sales experience

in the

digital marketing industry

(mandatory). Strong command of

English (spoken & written)

with excellent vocabulary. Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals confidently. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach. Good knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding, etc.). Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with targets and commissions.
