Job Title SALES MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities

This Position reports to Sr. Sales Manager

? Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

? Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.

? Helping the team in sales closures.

? Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.

? Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.

? Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

? Handling a team size of 4 to 6 members.

? Target 5 property sale per month

Skills Required

? Excellent communication skills written and verbal

? Proffeciant in English and other local language is an advantage

? Basic knowledge of MS Excel

? knowledge about Real estate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
