The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strong customer relationships and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting the institute's courses and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
Generate leads through offline and online channels including school visits, seminars, digital campaigns,
walk-ins, and referrals.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management.
Ensure smooth coordination between academic, counseling, and administrative departments.
Maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing sales teams.
Knowledge of local market and student behavior.
Multilingual abilities (if applicable).
