Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B (corporates, travel agents, DMCs) and B2C clients.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet performance goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and packages.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide insights for business strategy.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven 4-7 years of experience in
sales within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
.
Strong network of clients in FIT, GIT, Corporate Travel and MICE
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, if required.
