The Sales Manager is responsible for driving enrollment and promoting the preschool's programs to prospective families. This role involves building relationships with parents, community organizations, and local businesses to increase student admissions and ensure the preschool meets its enrollment goals. The Sales Manager will combine strategic marketing, sales expertise, and a passion for early childhood education to showcase the preschool's unique offerings and create a welcoming experience for families.
Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage prospective families through community events, referrals, local advertising, and partnerships with businesses or organizations.
Parent Engagement: Conduct tours, open houses, and one-on-one consultations to highlight the preschool's curriculum, facilities, and values, addressing parent questions and concerns.
Enrollment Process: Guide families through the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to registration, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team (if applicable) to develop promotional materials, manage social media campaigns, and create targeted outreach strategies to attract new families.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed enrollment targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tracking progress through CRM tools or enrollment reports.
Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community centers, and parent groups to enhance the preschool's visibility and reputation.
