Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand client base. Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and corporate accounts. Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and brand visibility. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally. Monitor sales budgets, expenses, and profitability. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and achieve results in a competitive market.
