Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the industrial machinery and crusher spares sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the heavy equipment industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining, construction, and heavy equipment sectors.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial machinery or heavy equipment industry.
Strong understanding of crusher spares and related components is highly desirable.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
