1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations from order intake to delivery
2. Build and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency
3. Coordinate closely with sales, production, logistics, and customer support teams
4. Track and optimize daily KPIs, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met
5. Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve process challenges
6. Maintain all operational records and reports
7. Support the leadership team in scaling business operations effectively
8. Lead with patience, discipline, and a long-term mindset
Requirements
Minimum 8-9 years of experience in an operations role (preferably in print, media,
e-commerce, or logistics industries)
Strong leadership, process thinking, and execution capability
Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
Proficient in operational tools, CRMs, spreadsheets, and documentation
Ability to work independently and make smart, process-driven decisions
Someone who is trustworthy, growth-oriented, and ready to go beyond the
"employee mindset"
