We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in dermatology products to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth within the dermatology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote dermatology products to dermatologists, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Organize and participate in product launches, educational programs, and industry conferences.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the dermatology or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of dermatology products, clinical practices, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Existing network within the dermatology and healthcare community.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies in healthcare.
