Job Role: Counter Sales Associate

As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our retail outlets.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and professionally.

Actively listen to customer needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and suitability.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.

Sales

Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Participate in store promotions and marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the home decor or electronics industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills, including knowledge of POS systems.

Passion for home decor and a keen eye for design.
