Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
? Drive B2C interior sales and meet monthly revenue targets
? Generate leads through field visits, events, cold calling & referrals
? Consult with clients, understand requirements, and close deals
? Coordinate with design & project teams for seamless execution
? Manage client meetings, site visits, and relationship building
? Mentor and guide a small sales team toward collective goals
? Monitor pipeline, track performance, and provide sales forecasts
Requirements:
? 3-5 years of experience in interior sales, real estate, or luxury sectors
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets
? Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and on-ground activities
? Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
