Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2C interior sales and meet monthly revenue targets
Generate leads through field visits, events, cold calling & referrals
Consult with clients, understand requirements, and close deals
Coordinate with design & project teams for seamless execution
Manage client meetings, site visits, and relationship building
Mentor and guide a small sales team toward collective goals
Monitor pipeline, track performance, and provide sales forecasts
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in interior sales, real estate, or luxury sectors
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and on-ground activities
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
