We are seeking an experienced, target-driven, and customer-focused
Sales Manager
to lead and manage the sales operations at our electric vehicle showroom. The ideal candidate should be fluent in
Kannada, Hindi, and English
, and should have a passion for clean mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive vehicle sales to meet and exceed monthly targets
Manage and mentor the showroom sales team
Handle walk-in customers and ensure high conversion rates
Prepare and execute local marketing and outreach campaigns
Track leads, maintain CRM, and follow up diligently
Conduct product demonstrations and explain EV features and benefits
Coordinate with the service and delivery team to ensure smooth handovers
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Maintain excellent customer relationships and address concerns professionally
Stay updated on EV trends, competitor models, and industry developments
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in automobile or showroom sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in
Kannada, Hindi, and English
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Knowledge of electric vehicles is a strong advantage
Basic computer and MS Excel skills
