About the Role
We are a growing digital printing company handling high-volume daily inquiries, walk-ins, and custom printing jobs. We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who can lead our sales & design team, drive daily sales targets, and ensure smooth coordination with production and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily incoming leads, walk-ins, and calls; assign them to sales/design team.
Set clear daily/weekly sales targets for team members.
Track lead follow-up and ensure high conversion rates.
Train and guide sales executives and designer-sales staff on upselling, cross-selling, and effective negotiation.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure job commitments and delivery timelines are met.
Resolve customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Help identify new business opportunities -- B2B clients, bulk orders, corporate deals.
Work closely with admin & operations teams for smooth post-sales process.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales -- if experience in printing, branding, advertising, or related industry would be added advantage.
Strong leadership & people management skills.
Good communication & negotiation skills in [local language] and English.
Basic knowledge of printing processes, paper types, and finishing (training will be given).
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp Business.
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
