Job description
Responsible for real estate sales with customers.
Handle New Customers Enquiries, understand their Property requirement and Suggest Suitable Projects.
Give details and Presentations to the client about interested Projects.
Personal or on call interaction with Client to give them full details of the property and solve their queries regarding the project.
Regular Follow-up with prospective customers to facilitate site-visits and possible closures.
Proactive and systematic in tracking all enquiries
Maintain lead database of the clients and prospects.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls & e-mails.
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and bring additional sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
0-6 Months Experience
Basic Computer Knowledge with Excel.
The candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate with good communication skills.
Candidate Should have Own Two wheeler and Laptop.

Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year
