Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, customer-centric
Sales Manager
to lead and scale our lead nurturing and conversion efforts. You will take full ownership of sales performance by managing a team of executives, optimizing the CRM pipeline, and ensuring we provide a high-touch, consultative experience to every potential client.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management Strategy:
Own the full lifecycle of qualified leads provided via the CRM -- from assignment to closure.
Team Leadership:
Manage, train, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives across cities.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Track performance metrics, forecast sales, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
CRM Optimization:
Ensure best practices in CRM usage, hygiene, and lead follow-ups.
Customer Experience:
Design and uphold a warm, empathetic, and persuasive sales approach that aligns with the sensitive nature of maternity and newborn clientele.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with studio, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery post-sale.
Performance Management:
Identify high-potential team members, set clear KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
What We're Looking For
3-7 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in lifestyle, health, education, or services sector
Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive consistent conversion performance
Strong understanding of CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and at least one regional language
Empathetic leadership style -- able to balance targets with high-quality customer engagement
Self-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
